Pets N Plants! Online store is a drop shipping store. We are an ecommerce store who works with a third-party vendors to help provide all the stocks and products we like and want to bring to you.

Orders: 

Pets N Plants! Online Store is open 24 hours, 7 days week, 365 days a year to shop from for customer convenience. Online orders submitted after 9:00PM (EST) will be processed the next business day.  System and Inventory updates are performed on Sundays from 12:00AM - 11:59PM (EST). While performing system and inventory updates, the website may be offline/down for few hours in order to perform the necessary system and inventory updates in order to better enhance the customer experience. Rest assured; the Online Store will be restored / back online before 11:59PM (EST) Sunday evening.

Processing Times and Delivery:

Please do not set the expectation to receive your order within less than 20 days.

Because we work with international vendors and operating through drop shipment along with working with security and customs, processing, shipping and delivery can take longer than expected beyond our control.

Therefore, please keep in mind that you may receive your order between 20 to 30 days. 

Again, Orders can take up to 30 days after purchase depending on the item, stock availability, third-party process time and security of international customs.

Pets N Plants does not keep any and/or obtain any stocked items and/or any of the online products on hand. All of our store items and products are directly processed, submitted, packed, shipped and delivered through our third-party vendors. 

Eligibility of refund is dependent on how the product was returned. Product(s) will need to be returned within 14 calendar days from date items/products delivered. Product(s) must be in the same packaging and condition it was received. Purchased product(s) cannot have been used and/or damaged.

After the returned purchase(s) has been received, our customer support team will inspect the item and process the refund. If product is received opened, missing items and/or damaged, or if the initiated return process is submitted after 11:59PM (EST) on the 14th calendar day of received delivered product(s) purchased, a refund will not be eligible for process.

Returns are processed through our third-party vendor and Refunds are issued through Pets N Plants! Online Store. 

Refunds will be refunded to the original method of payment used for purchase. 

Please allow up to 7 bank business days for a refund to show up on your statement depending on the process of your financial institution.

Please allow 1- 3 business days for our customer support team to respond to any inquiries received. 

Additional Details: 

  1. RETURNS. We allow returns for refunds only. We do not allow exchanges. For items purchased online, returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, please contact us at petsnplantsitter@gmail.com to obtain a return authorization. Be sure to include the item's order number and your reason for the return. Returns that are shipped without authorization may not be accepted. Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to be processed once we receive your return.
  2. RETURN SHIPPING. Shipping instructions will be included with your return authorization. 
  3. ELIGIBLE ITEMS. The following items: Clearance items, Final Sale items, Perishable items, Special-Order items, Custom Products, and Gift Cards are not eligible for return/exchange. We reserve the right to refuse any return/exchange, at management's discretion, if the item being returned/exchanged does not meet the criteria set forth within this policy. 
  4. CONDITION OF ITEMS. Except for items that were damaged when purchased, items must be in new, unused, and in saleable condition with all original packaging intact and tags attached. 
  5. FORM OF PAYMENT. Refunds, if issued, will be issued in the original form of payment minus shipping and handling fees unless otherwise stated. If the original form of payment is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion.

However, in the unfortunate event that there is any fraudulent or unauthorized activity on our platform, we want to make it clear that we have the legal right to protect ourselves and our customers. We reserve the right to take any necessary action to prevent and block any unauthorized actions that may harm our store or our customers.

If we suspect any fraudulent or unauthorized activity on our platform, we will immediately investigate the matter and take appropriate action to protect our store and our customers. This will include blocking the person or persons involved and filing a charge against them to the fullest extent of the law.
